I think these two videos snuck in without much fanfare, but they are great! I like Ab Hits because, unlike other ab videos, it includes planks on some of the days. I also like it because I can add it in on a cardio day. Much better than other ab videos. CTX upper is great because I like to do different cardio than the CTX series, but I like Leaner Legs and the various upper body weight work in the series. This compilation saved me a lot of fast forwarding time! It also gives me (with LL) another pair of upper and lower body weight videos to put in my rotation. Cathe's done it again!
