Elaine, Awesome job on LIC! I really don't like those one legged pulses with a dumbell...OMG:confused:. LOL at you breaking the lawn mower...i run over all kind of stuff in mind...im sure its only a matter of time:rolleyes:

Workout done, instead of the pilates cardio i jumped on the treadmill for some intervals. In total i burned 497 in 67mins.

tomorrow is legs and the pilates cardio/abbs(haven't done abbs all week:confused:)

A fly by post. I have taken the week off workouts and I feel GREAT!! My eating has been terrible (oh dear) but I'll get back into it maybe over the weekend. You guys are doing fantabulous workouts!!!!

I didn't feel like doing 4ds bootcamp so I did 4ds LIS step only then segment 2 of coremax then sm with the resistance band.

Hey girls,

I did 4DS KB cardio only and yoga abs from ab circuit. I think next week I am going to start Cathe butts and Guts roation from this month. I may have to modify sence I don't own all the WOs and see how my PF muscle handles all the leg work. I have noticed sence i turned 43 that my legs are gaing weight:mad: no matter what I do. I hope this WO shocks them.

Andrea: Rest weeks are great but I always feel like a blimp at the end.:(

Roxie: great stats! I should start keeping better track maybe it'll motivate me more.

Amelia: Yeah DH said I put the wheels to low and ran over something that was not grass.:confused: Well, I like the grass short where the kids and puppy play.

Saw Harry Potter 6 last night with DS. It was good but I liked the book better.

Elaine-A butts and gutts rotation sounds scary:eek: good luck! Ive also noticed my legs getting bigger? I wonder if its because the past couple of weeks i've thrown in some step? Im going to try and not do too many step workouts and see how it goes. Ive noticed my legs getting leaner when i was doing more circuits?

Todays workout is 4DS Legs then winsor pilates cardio burn and all the core workout on there. In total it should be around 80mins:confused:.

I increased my calories today, i need atleast one day of maintence cals so i can shock my body and keep my sanity,LOL(part of my 6-wk experiment;) )...were suppose to go out to eat somewhere for supper, have no idea yet? Im also having some drinks tonight after the kids go to bed. :D ok..bbl

Tonite is High Step Training, or Advanced can't remember for sure and then plates and wts. abs from STS. Good workouts everyone.

Andrea-sometimes we just need a break from working out.
 
Hi everyone. Things are starting to get back to normal. I need to make sure I get my workouts in. It seems the mood swings follow 2 many days off in a row. Good incentive to get my workout in.

Yesterday was back and tris in the morning. Then I did spin class after work. I'm still not use to the different club and instructor. I'm going to have to look at other locations and try a different one. I'm just not clicking with this one, like I did my previous instructors.

Apparently the 2 workouts from yesterday wiped me out. I had to take DD to the airport early this morning and then I crawled back into bed instead of working out. If I don't get something in today, I will definitely make sure to get it in tomorrow.

Good Morning,

Went for a 4 mile bike ride and then walked the bike up my hill had my hr up to 104 by the time I got to the top. I haven't ridden a bike in 9 or so years. Later I will do plate and wts abs and then maybe make up last nites workout just wasn't in the mood.

Today im doing CC V 4. I couldn't sleep good last night:(

Sorry girls, but I need to vent....

First off,we have new neighbors(remember my MIL moved) so now i have strangers living in my front yard:mad:, and its only a matter of time before the well starts acting up agian:(. Its a couple in there 30's with two small kids. I wish we could afford to move...sigh.

The Second thing that is bothering me the things that are going on at my job. My friend that i have been working with for the past year is quitting...she's tired of the B.S around there,yesterday was her last day.:( She was the only one i liked up there, i may just quit too. Its not worth all the stress its making me have. To make a long story short A girl that works during the week wants more hours, so now she is working on the weekends and there can only be two people in the front office on the weekends, so that means either me or my friend will have to alternate weekends with her. Thats NOT FAIR. WE got hired for saturdays and she got hired for monday - friday:(
I got a schedule in the mail last week and the monday through friday girl is working EVERY WEEKEND with me and my friend,alternating OUR saturdays....WTH? So she can just take over our only day of work? NO! :mad:

My friend calls our boss and ask 'whats going on?" The boss says that "the monday through friday girl wants more hours and she can't work them during the week so since she is more qualified that we are(me and my friend) , you and Amy will have to alternate weekends with her".........:mad::mad::mad::mad: OMG:eek:!

And whats really sad about all of this is that my friend is in her late 60's and she has been working in the medical field for 40yrs....so why is the m-f girl more qualified than she is? I can't beleive the lack of professionalism in my office:( It makes me sad.

Today is a rest day and I need to do yoga abs from yesterday. I plan on laying out again today because the weather is nice an cool, thenI am going to clean my car out.

Amelia-that does suck and your right its not fair but unfortunately it happens all the time.
 
Amelia, that is terrible about the job situation. How long has your friend been with this office compared the the M-F girl? Hope it all works out. Sorry you are going through this stress.

Today was 3 mile jog. I did the first 2 challeneges of V6 CC. Worked almost perfectly with the hills in my neighborhood.

thanks guys...im feeling better after my workout. I need to send Coach Sean a email and thank him for his wonderful workouts...CC V 4 released so much stress:)

Well so much for my rest day DH wanted to go for a walk and he never wants to do that so we went to the Konza Prairie Trail that I didn't know existed and walked 5.69 miles.
