90 day supreme

It is longer for me, as I don't go the speed they do (I like a 15-rep range, and I need a bit more recovery between sets...and I'm not Speedy Gonzales!).

Yep, it's longer for me too for this same reason. I could never go as fast as they do and keep proper form. I don't want this to be an endurance workout, so I'm going heavier and doing less reps. I have to keep pausing the DVD to find out what comes next so I may write down the exercises and not keep running back & forth to hit pause & play.

I am sore today. I did chest and back but the funny thing is I feel it in my biceps and tris, I know they get worked when doing chest n back but I literally feel like I targeted those muscles to, good bonus!

Me too, I did chest and back for the first time yesterday and I've been so sore today all through my arms, even shoulders. My hams are even a bit sore from the deadlifts  Me likey!

I have only done a few of the workouts, but I would say they are harder than CLX, but I thought CLX was very easy.

I agree, Supreme 90 seems harder than CLX. Additionally, Supreme 90 does not have the overly hyper background exercisers CLX has.
