Have you heard from them yet? I just got my order yesterday...everything was fine and I love the top that has the lime green in it. It is quite supportive and is good quality. I ordered a second top and its okay. They had sent it to the wrong town. It was addressed correctly but somehow ended up downstate. Still, I don't know why they don't address their e-mails more promptly?

Hi Sami! I'm so happy for you & a little jealous too! Oh the top sounds soooo pretty!! Well no response from 5th Element; no big surprise there. Now I have to just hope that I really did send my tops out on Mon. as they stated to Wanda. This company is so weird to never respond to me & I'm not sending nasty emails either; I'm very courteous but I'll NEVER order from them again! Aarrgghh! Thanks for thinking of me, Kathy

I'm so sorry you are having so much trouble with your order. I know how frustrating that can be.
I'm old and have a bad memory + being a blond doesn't help hahah but I remember having trouble with emails the first time I ordered. They were sending me emails, but I couldn't receive them. I wish I could remember how I got that problem solved.
It may have been something to do with my antivirus program. ?

Just a thought! Would it be possible to contact them on another computer just to see? Again, I'm sad for you.
If you don't get your tops in a few days, and you want me to contact them again, I will.
Wow! I sound like I work for them or something!!! But no, I only work at home and do Cathe.}(

Hi Wanda! I tried emailing them using 2 different computers & still NOTHING! I just don't know what's going on but in a thread from Wayne on Essential Stretch he's from England & he orders from a company practically a few blocks away from him & it takes a month or two for him to receive his order but when he orders from USA it only takes 5 DAYS!! Go figure! I'll keep waiting to see what happens. Thanks again, Kathyx(

Hi Wanda & Sami! I cannot believe that I FINALLY received my tops!! And are they pretty! Wore my blue & yellow top yesterday when I did ME tape. Thanks again for all your help, Kathy

Whew Kathy!!!! I'm so glad you finally got your tops. There is a thread somewhere here, that says if you wash it in a little vinegar and cold water, that will set the colors so they won't bleed.
I'm going to do that to all my new tops and see if that will make the colors not fade.
I really like the material of 5th Element. Their clothes are well made. And I like Blue Fish and Two Roads Fitness, PitBull....Oh My, I've got an addiction don't I? LOL

Hi Wanda! I'm so glad there was a happy ending to my story. I'll take your advice re washing method we wouldn't want these beautiful colors running.;( They're very well made I love the material so soft. Question I posted over on Ask Cathe was I now have a Balance Ball but I don't think its burst resistant. Which stability ball did you buy & where did you purchase it? Hi Kathy,
I have two Balance balls. I know I got one of them from www.fwonline.com and the pump I bought from them also. It is very durable. But my other one which has very very thick skin, I know I bought it on line, but at the moment I can't remember where.
If I can't find where I got it, you can make a web search for balance balls. ??
I love both balls as they aren't as thin as some of the others.

Again, I'm glad you got your tops. I thought I might try and buy the one you have for sale, but I tried mine on like the one you have, but yours isn't the size I need. Too bad, as I really like that style. Plus I could have thought of you everytime I wore it.
