5th Element Merchandise

Hello Ladies! Have any of you experienced problems w/purchasing tops from 5th Element? I purchased 2 tops & its been over 2 weeks now & I still haven't rec'd. them. I've tried emailing the sales rep 3 times but to no avail; no reply. Tried calling this AM but line is constantly busy. What has your experience been? How long did it take you to receive the merchandise? TIA, Kathy:)
 
I've personally had great experience with 5th Element. I did alot of ordering from them last year. It seemed to take about 3 weeks. I had one top that was on back order and Andrew didn't charge me until it was sent out.
This year, I wanted a top that wasn't made yet in my size. I emailed them and in 3 days I got a response.
I know that they were updating their web page last week, and they are getting lots of orders from us Catheites, but that still doesn't explain why you haven't heard a reply from your email.
BTW, I did just remembered that Andrew had a hard time replying to one of my emails last year. It had something to do with my antivirus program interfering somehow. ?????
I'm so sorry you are having trouble in correspondence. If you are still having problems in a few days, I could try and email them for you if you like?

I ordered a couple weeks ago (9-15-13) to be exact. I already have the bill from the credit card but no tops yet. I e-mailed them 6 days ago and have had no response. I started to worry but figured that since Cathe uses them they are a reputable company. I might try to e-mail them again today.

Oops....I meant I ordered 8-15-03...must have been typing too fast. I just looked at my order confirmation from them and knew I put September instead of August. I sent another e-mail asking about when I should expect my order and that I had already received my bill from the credit card company due September 16th. Hope they respond soon! .....Sami
 
I just got my order from 5th Element. I see that my order date was 9/4/03 and I got it this morning. I understand your cause for concern since you ordered in August.
Do you suppose it was it a back order item? Even at that, looks like you would have been informed.
Again, if you girls can't get through with the email, I would be happy to see if I can get through for you.

I got the Navy/apple/white top that Cathe wears and another top made like the ones in the Intensity series...blue with gray trim.

Nothing here yet. I e-mailed a 2nd time and no response. No merchandise either. I need to pay my VISA bill today. AAAWWWWWW!

Hi Sami! I tried emailing them for a 4th time do you believe it? And still no response. Aaarrrggghh!! I'm never going to purchase anything from this company ever again. I have to email Wanda tomorrow as I forgot my transaction information; maybe Wanda can help you get in touch w/them. Even the telephone # that they list on their website must not be correct or they haven't listed their country code. This is turning out to be one big mess for both of us! Best, Kathyx(

Thank you for your e-mail. I have checked your order status and we are still waiting for one item on your order.
Item IE3L is currently out of stock, as soon as we receive this stock item to complete your order it will be shipped to you.

Hi Sami! I've tried 4 times already. Now I'm thinking my tops are on back order but as long as they don't charge my credit card I'll wait. I'll try again & keep making a pest of myself. I also emailed Wanda to help me so we'll see. Thanks, Kathy;(

I emailed Andrew from my two different email accounts. I'm thinking that your items are on back order as well. But it would be nice to get a confirmation, right? :D

KathyH...I'm with Wanda in that yours might be out of stock. I don't understand why they are so slow in responding to e-mails (or not responding at all). I just get really queasy paying for something I don't have - and wondering if I'm going to get. They did send me a confirmation e-mail simply stating they got my order. Did you get one of those Kathy? I believe it was the same day I ordered the tops.
Keep us up to date and I would try e-mailing too if you would like?

I'm so glad that you heard from 5th Element about your tops. I go bonkers when I order something and it isn't here when I expect it. And it is worse when like Kathy, you email and there is no response. You think of all sorts of weird things, but most of all WHERE is MY Order. LOL
 
Hi Wanda & Sami! Well I went on 5th Element website & it appears that my crop top that I ordered isn't available any longer so hence I'm thinking that their out of stock. Possibly on that bra top that I wanted too. I emailed them for a fifth time so I'll keep you posted on any new developments. Best, Kathy

I just received an email from Lesley at 5h Element. They say your order is complete and will be shipped on Monday. Also they will send you an email confirming this.
I'm so happy that you will be getting your tops. Wish I knew why there was a lack of correspondence to you. But it looks like this is going to have a happy ending. Let us know when you get your tops.

BTW, which ones did you order and what colors? :p Have you tried their flare pants?
 
Hi Wanda! I can't thank you enough for helping me. I just can't understand why they emailed you & not me directly (very strange). Anyway I ordered a bra top that's blue with yellow across the top w/black straps & a crop top in peach/red/yellow/black w/black straps. Can't wait to get them.
