#436 Booty Burn

Hi Cathe,

I am traveling staying in a hotel and the weights in the fitness center were in use so I came back to my room and pulled out my bands and did Booty Burn. This workout is just as good as any weight workout! Thank you so much for all of your travel friendly workouts that are just as effective. Loved it!

As a side note, do any of you cathletes have thoughts on the temperature gauge in a hotel fitness room? When I went in there, it was so hot and stuffy, but there was already someone working out in there. I normally keep my workout area pretty cool with a fan blowing.

I am no longer a member of a gym (too expensive), but the ones I used to be a member of were always kept cool. My workout room is kept cool - with a fan. I have a difficult time controlling my body's temperature (menopause), so a cooler workout area are a necessity for me. I heard once of a theory that if one works out in a warmer temp, they are at less risk of injury, but I didn't give it much thought - because one should be doing a warm-up for that very reason.
