Roxie, no snow here, mountains got it all as usual, we just get the cold temps.

Plyo legs, disc 26 done, I can't believe the energy I've had this weekend!

Sorry Murphy about starting the thread when you had one started. I hadn't had my coffee yet and just figured no one else had started one. Maybe it all means the missing 40's have to do double the workouts? :p

Mary, I figure I won't get to much of a w/o in next couple of days (going into the office and hopefully will continue to sleep well, which means sleep late).

Roxie, I was a bit irritated with DH yesterday, I was kind of happy he is leaving for a biz trip tomorrow :) Poor thing just isn't feeling great and tired of his ear buzzing and the steriod side effects.

Spent the day putting up the tree and decorating and then we went out to get in some Jaxson time. I found a bunch of boxes that belong to dd took one out to her but found 3 more so under my stairs is nice and clean but now I have boxes sitting everywhere in the basement. I found all the boxes for my porcelan dolls so I packed up all of those.

Lisa-I understand how your dh feels both of mine are buzzing like crazy and its irritating and I am still irritated with dh nothing bothers him and he can't make up his mind.

Mary-good job with your workouts and cleaning that is something I really need to do.
 
Slept good and got up at decent time, so I did Imax2....my glutes have a bit of DOMS so the plie jumps were pretty pathetic :)

Lisa - I know what APB means!! I watch cop shows!! Wow, you're going full on with the workouts. Impressive. I bet your DH is really fed up with his ears. I can imagine how that would get me down.

Roxie - sounds like you're making good progress with clearing the house. That's a workout in itself - Move Max?

Mary - so you've finished work for Christmas now? (Well, paid work that is! ;)) Now you can blitz your Christmas shopping and cleaning! (Not before having a well-deserved break with DH.)

Weekend was good, mainly housework, hanging out with DH and DD and watching TV. Hooked on The Killing 3 (Danish original) at the moment, it's fantastic! Drove to gymnastics with no problems so I'm back driving again.
Did MMA Boxing today. Another week to go before lifting weights. I can't imagine the DOMS I'm going to have when I start. Perhaps I'll just wait till Xtrain arrives and start from there!
 
Hi girls! Today did GS legs, love that one! Lisa, you couldn't jump because you did DM AND plyo legs this weekend! Sounds like you need some stretching! Roxie, I don't really like to move! It is nice to clear things out tho. Is this your last week at work? Ronne, look like we will have the new ones by the end of the year! Hopefully your hand will feel a lot better by then. Will you have to go to physical therapy? Jody, good luck on your finals this week! Hi Murphy! Well, we leave in the morning. Getting my hair blown out straight today and of course it's raining!? I need one of those plastic rain hats! Haha! I know I will be walking a lot, but work out for me anyway! I will talk to you all later! Mary

Brr its cold here. I haven't worked out since Thursday so I need to get my butt moving tonite. I will do CLX Push Circuit 1 and the TM.

Mary-I am staying here until the end of the year we can't find a place to live down there. DH is going to look at storage units this week so he can take a load with him everyday.

Ronne-move max and grandson max back is feeling it today.

Lisa-you are one crazy lady.
 
Hi guys, no decent workouts to report. School ok, easy but time consuming. Tests coming on wed and fri. Finished dd room (asparagus green) and need to go disassemble the futon she's been on and try to get it downstairs before her stuff comes tomorrow, dang, I don't have tip money for delivery guys. Delivery and s/u 120 I think. how much extra should I give?

Nice to see Jody back. I did CLX Lean Circuit 1 started to late to do any extra cardio or abs, but there was alot of core work in tonites workout.

Jody-good rule of thumb 10-15%.
 
I did STS Meso3 ch&back, work so boring today, house is cold (turned heat way down since no one home all day), came home, worked out, turned heat up a bit, but I'm going to bed soon so why heat up the house? So since I'm freezing I'll do personals in the morning.

Tonite for me is some kind of cardio and maybe abs.

Lisa-turn up the heat its suppose to be cold all week.
 
No w/o this morning, slept in late, surprised to see a dusting of white stuff on the ground! No wonder it was cold! I plan to do some cardio tonight and should throw in abs too.

Roxie, lol, I guess I'm too cheap for my own good sometimes. Seems ridiculous to heat up the entire house for little ole me in one of the rooms under blankets :) I did have some frozen toes though after eating a bit after the workout last night. Don't laugh, but I have a heating pad in the bed to warm it up when I get cold and last night was the first night I used it on my feet! Did you say what's going on with your work?

Mary, I'd like to see your blow out! Is it easier for you to maintain for your trip? I hope we get the new w/o before I take off for Christmas break, that way I can play with them more! I'd consider walking in Vegas a w/o! Those hotels are HUGE!

Murphy, pls come back and play, I hope I didn't offend with starting the thread when you had! lol

Ronne, won't Xtrain be later to get to you over the pond? I think you should start with HR or something like that?

AFter my uber boring day at work, I decided I'd work from home today no matter what. I think the whole going into work thing is becoming optional most days for most of the people.

Jody, good to see you here, guess the APB worked :) Hang in there!
 
Hi all

Late checkin for me today. Did the floorwork section of GS Legs. Felt like I hadn't done enough which is odd for me! Busy day but not achieving a lot. DD came home early and went to bed for a couple of hours, not feeling too good. She's just tired - cycling 2 miles to school each way each day is taking it out of her. And the temp is barely above freezing here.

Lisa - I reckon Xtrain might be with me beginning of Jan so would be good to start the new year with. I think ti would be more fun to start with it as Iwould feel like I've really slipped back using low weights on other DVDs. It won't feel such a cheat on a new series!

Mary - have fun!! Forget about workouts, eating well and the rest!!

Jody - long time no hear. Glad you're chuggin along. Must be time to finish school soon, no?

Roxie - well, at least it's not too long to the end of the year!
 
Ronne, That is some creative reasoning for waiting to start weights and it almost makes sense :p I can't believe you actually used the word MILES :) I have some friends from a long time ago that are working in London right now, she just came back to the states for the holidays siting the need to get out of the dreary weather.

I started a headache too :( took BP pretty high, I swear going into the office yesterday was detrimental to my health. Think I can get a dr note siting that and saying I need to work from home all the time? :)

Lisa-work is going ok I am cleaning out the file cabinet and no one has said anything about hiring anybody but I need DH to commit to and actual move date he keeps changing his mind and then when I say something he blows up, I swear if our marriage survives this it will be a miracle. I was worried about having the new workouts arriving after we move but it looks like they are going to make it before that happens.
 
Did TF 55 EZ, after 40 min I was just weak, I guess I didn't eat enough today after all. Still got in a sweaty workout, showered and made myself a big salad, feel better now! The scale is starting to move again in the right direction so I've been trying to watch what I eat, although DH hugged me the other day and said how skinny I was, yea, right, my jeans aren't saying that! :)

Tonite I did 2.16 miles on the TM. Had chili for supper and I usually eat 2 bowls but tonite I only ate one so thats a mile stone for me.

Lisa-I have your problem I didn't eat enough today I had soup for lunch but by the time I got lunch I had the shakes and then soup for supper tonite. If Dh told you you were skinny I would accept that mine doesn't say anything.
 
Roxie, I had soup for lunch too (must be this cold weather). I don't think it was enough to stick with me, like having healthy fats in it.

Is this the lunch check-in? Two poached eggs on brown toast for me!!

Lisa - we are completely confused over here with metric and imperial. I use an odd mixture of both all the time. Our speed limits etc are in miles but our weights are metric (although lots of people still use imperial).
I'm with Roxie, if your DH compliments you then take it!!

Roxie - hang in there, just bury yourself in a filing cabinet!

Did Hiit 30/30. My first one in a while - pretty tough but I got through it. DD off sick from school - she lay on the sofa wrapped in her duvet watching me huff and puff! Off to meet a friend tonight for a bottle of wine and a catch-up.
