No doubt that Cathe can create challenging low impact Hiit, and that step! whew! This second time, like the first, just let it run through while I caught my breath a few times (more like letting my legs recover really) instead of stopping the dvd (go ahead girls, I'll catch up). I used to stop it for some routines but decided for comparison it may be better to keep the time the same and see how much I can do that way...given the INTENSITY!...ha!

Add to bucket list...ice skate at Rockefeller Center under the tree...:)...and watch the rockettes at Radio City (been there, just haven't done that!) oooh....and make the pilgrimage to Mecca for Catheletes...Goldsboro!....at least once!

oooh, I forgot, finally really got fast feet! yay!

High Reps today , 2nd time, I love these new workouts, the contemporary-classic music & moves, pace, outfits (love them), and bright backdrop, perfect for the less than stellar weather we're having here. They really are slick productions...:)

speaking of bliss...Dove dark chocolate pieces..didn't realize they have little messages inside...not quite Ferrero Rocher...but delicious...last year we had Panettone, watched a Martha Stewart show on how that's made, and traditionally how long they've made it that way, I always enjoyed her original Home & Kitchen shows, this was a newer show like that...:)
