Hi everyone,

I'm going to post now before I fall into the general direction of my bedroom because my computer has been on the fritz & even now it's freezing up every few minutes. Sooner or later it's going to throw me off. ~sigh~

Ever since I gave up my formal rotation due to Migraine Max, I've been doing a very simple one body part a day S&H with 1 hr. of cardio in the morning & half an hour cardio...when possible...in the evening. Within reason, I do whatever cardio I'm up for.

Today is S&H Legs & will also throw in some floor work. Then morning cardio...Mariangeles has inspired me to do one of my very favourite workouts, Step Heaven. Then in the evening, I'm thinking about Kicked Up Step, which is also a lot of fun.

Three nights in a row, emergency surgery at the hospital. Someone is jinxing me, I just know it! Don't think I won't find out!! :p

Hi Ruth and everyone who's logging on later on,

Did PUB today and tried to make some before HC-pictures with my digital camera. But I can't seem to get it focused on my own. So I'll have one of my darling sons take some of me sometime this weekend.

Will be running 6.3K along next Sunday's race course again this afternoon. It will be a fartlek. Hopefully I'll be a little faster than last Tuesday.

Hi everyone,

I'm doing PUB and some abs. I'm rotating PUB, Slow & Heavy and an upper body endurance routine for a few weeks for upper body. Lower body is different. Hopefully that will last until the new DVDs come. Hats off to those who have more than an hour to invest in working out. I just can't seem to find more that an hour except on weekends. I'd like to though.....

I am just going to be working out my lower body today. Yesterday was a challenge for me with PUB, I guess I wasn't having one of my "strong" days. Gonna try again with it on Friday, I am sure I will do better than.

I did PUB/PLB combo premix this morning. It was tough getting out of be this morning!

Ruth-I hope your computer works ok later. it sounds like you may have some kind of spyware or need a your hard disk cleaned.

Hmm, are we all on the same wavelength? I also did PUB this morning, and my arms are absolutely fried. It's weird; I used to lift very heavy, but I have backed down on my weights some due to the increase in the number of reps with this workout... it's been a long time since I felt so depleted after upper body work. :) You all know that is a good thing.

I am also rotating PUB twice a week and lower body (PLB, L&G) twice a week... then I am doing cardio the other two days. I need to get more core work in; maybe it will work out better with PLB tomorrow...

Hi, I am still a day behind in the Feb Rotation, should have done Imax today, but just had to get away from Cathe for a day. I have already done MIC and SJP back to back, so I took a cue from Aila ( :D ), and did Seasun today, TNS. Kind of nice having a day with no intervals for a change.

Today was Legs & Glutes for me, for the first time. That will make you wish you only had one leg! LOL
 
Today was Cardio and Weights.

Pregnancy is exhausting and all I want to do is sleep. DH asked me if pregnancy has put me into a coma. I think it has:).

Hi, today is a 1.25 hour step class at the gym, legs (heavy weights), and 1 hour on the stairmaster. Cant wait!

Tonight will be KPC for the first time.

I only did PLB last night. I just love this w/o, have those good DOMS going on today.

I am doing S&H legs that I put off Tues...:(...and then a 6 mile run...enjoy the workouts ladies...:)...Carole

Which wavelength is that? Does your check-in includes everyone with their exercises checking in or is it a specific exercise routine?
