12 week challenge?

Anyone interested in a 12 week challenge. I have never organized a challenge, so if anyone would like to organize a new challenge that we can start right after the new year that would be great.
I just started WW this week and am doing a challenge there, but I would like to incorporate Cathe.

Lizzy- I started TODAY, and I am giving myself 12 weeks to lose 11 lbs. My goal is to workout 6 days at week, 5 at the least, and to try to stay around 1800 calories per day. I have done WW's for a long time, but I am going to try calorie counting this time. We can check in together if you want??

i am interested as well. as a matter of fact, somewhere on here someone mentioned the health channel's challenge. it has the link and everything. i am going to do that. and will use you all as my help to stay focused! so please count me in!

Hi Lori and Mona,
Today I did Step Blast premix. I hardly got through the step, it's been about 3 weeks since I've worked out and I can't believe how set back I am.
I really am excited about getting myself back into shape!!!

Yesterday I did SB/SJP cardio hi/lo circuits. Today I am going to SJP. I am doing a "Look Great in 8" rotation w/ Angela. Doing rotations with someone keeps me working out 6 days instead of 4 or 5. My eating was good yesterday. So far, first day, I did good. Hope everyone else had a good day.

Hi there,
I would love to join you all. I just started the 2nd phase of my weight loss goal--to lose 13 more pounds in the next 3 months. On Sept 23 at 2 weeks post partum with baby #5, I had 50 lbs to lose. I lost 13 lbs (1 lb/week) for 3 months after that, so I decided to challenge myself to do it again. So far this week, I have lost .5 lbs.

Anyway, last month I tweaked an old knee injury, so this month I am doing a pure strength rotation with some stationary biking and a number of Cathe's older step tapes, which are easier for me to modify. I'll do this for 4 weeks, then the "fat loss and def" for 4 weeks, then the intensity series for 4 weeks, then a rest week--at least that's the plan for now:). Since I bought almost the entire Cathe catalog last year, my husband wanted me to wait on the BB series, so I don't have that yet:-( . Oh well, something to look forward to.

Hi everyone,
Today I did Step blast premix(28 min) and Supersets premix(goup a) WW is doing okay for me . My problem is that I love to have wine at night when me and the DH are watching TV. It's one of my pleasures and I hate to give it up. I am on a 15 lb weight loss goal for these 12 weeks.

would you consider diluting your wine with diet 7 up and have a spritzer?? i know it isnt as "elegant" as a tall glass of wine in goblet but it cuts the calories and is still relaxing. this approach has helped me. doesnt work to well with merlot however, but try it with a blush!!}(
