$11.96 shipping a stability ball?????

Doesn't matter what you order or where you order from. Shipping charges are getting ridiculously high! No fault of Cathe or any other company. Gas prices are high (yes, they've come down a bit, but they are still high), the economy is bad, and everyone is passing their costs on down the line.
So, we can either suck it up and pay the shipping, or we can just shop locally. Me, I would consider getting together with others I know and put together a combined order to spread the shipping costs out so it's not so bad!

Not "blaming" anyone, I'm just shocked! Guess I'll go buy anothe cheap SB at Wal-mart. My old one is from Wal_Mart, its still in good shape I just want one for the office and I pre-oreders the 2010 calendar and thought to use my 20% off on a SB...guess I won't be using my coupon afterall...I have all Cathes DVDs..

I know what you mean! It is shocking. When I considered Insanity, I changed my mind really fast when I saw what they were charging for shipping! Now that's highway robbery! It's almost not worth ordering anything anymore unless you have a big enough order to justify high shipping costs! Amazon is the only place where shipping is still reasonable!

That's how I bought my Cathe SB's. I wanted two sizes and didn't want to pay shipping. They are kind of heavy and worth every penny too!

I do the same thing.try amazon.com...they have the best shipping prices. I have "prime" which is $75 a year, but you get your packages the next day or one day after that and you can buy virtually anything from that site.
It's amazing what I've found on there that is available for Amazon Prime (free) shipping!
It's my "first stop" whenever I'm looking for anything nowdays. And I've most definitely saved much more in shipping costs than the $75 I spent on the Prime membership.

I'm sure it's the same ball as Cathe's (since Altus makes her products), just a different logo and maybe different colors.
I do think that $11+ for shipping is high, as are some other SNM shipping rates.

That is a bit high for the shipping. I wanted to order the new "specialty" mag from Oxygen which is $4.99. Well the shipping was $6!!!! I don't think so, will wait till I can find it in the store.

We only charge $1 more than what UPS charges us on an order like this. You may want to select USPS as your shipping carrier on small orders to save money.You will find postal rates to be a lot cheaper on low weight orders and rural orders.
