100 Rep Challenge using Bands/Tubing and Loops

Please consider an endurance & joint friendly workout doing a Full Body 100 Rep Challenge using Tubing/Bands and Loops
We were discussing your Xtrain 100 Rep Challenges and noted that if one were to do those as a free-standing workout, it wouldn't be a full body workout as some body parts were skipped. But you could create one with bands! Put it in On-Demand or try it as a Cathe Live. We've created one using your Xtrain 100 Rep Challenges as a base and adding in banded tubing work for the other body parts with ideas from STS2.0. It's not something I'd like to do on a weekly basis, but it's a fun challenge for every once in a while.
