Hi Gang-
I understand now how to print my workout cards & see the exercises I've tested ...Thanks for that info *mwah*

:rolleyes:HOWEVER!!!:rolleyes: (always something isnt it?)

Most of us are doing this in bits & pieces....that means that every day we have to print out new sheets to see what we've completed... Is there ANY WAY AT ALL for you guys to make the actual 1RM exercises in the drop down list colored if we have already completed it? I dont really need the actual paper printed until STS workouts begin.... I'd prefer to save a tree or 2 (& my insane desk piles) and just use the WM as my all in 1 resource.

So in case I've not been clear .... :D

I'd like to open my 1RM page in WM and Select DVD 2 exercises - open the drop down list and see what is done & what is not and just start from there in my testing for the day. No printing - no going back to mycathespace to see whats listed etc.....

OK- I think thats clearer;)

Does the print out only show completed 1RM exercises? Is there a way to print out all the exercises that haven't been completed yet? I could pencil in my results ala X style and enter the results into the computer all at once.

The workout cards you print are printing everything for the disk...YES it shows what you have completed but think of how much hassle (not to mention ink & trees) that could be saved if we could just do it all online without printing anything ever..until you do the actual workout for that day. I really really really dont want all that paper..... ...Plus its just backtracking to go back & log ...It could easily be done all at once if that one feature could be tweaked.;) .... Also- today I found that my printed workout card had exercises listed that were not in the 1RM pull down... so until ALL glitches are worked thru you may have to print, re-print- re-print. You go right ahead tho and have a grand time printing & logging! :cool: *mwah*

Or Maybe, I'll just wing it ala X style instead of doing any 1RM!!! I got great results doing it that way before. I'm not looking forward to doing any 1RM to tell you the truth. sigh

ROFL!!!!!!!!!! Just remember.....When you dont get the results you want dont call me cryin!

Just do the basic exercises per muscle group & that will give you plenty of data ....

IE: For back- Do BB Rows, 2-Arm Rows, 1 Arm Rows etc...Dont try and do all 100+ exercises.... you'll injure yourself even further silly!:rolleyes:
 
Oh, I'll come a cryin fer sure!!!:D I've got some time before I decide do to the 1RM or wing it. I would never, ever do all the 1RM exercises!!!!:rolleyes: I'm not looking to injure myself either!!! :eek:;)
