Wow - I can't help with the Flax questions either but I fit in with the rest of you in that I'm 40 and PG with my first (after being told I was infertile 8 years ago!!), due 1/31/04!! I've also got a step daughter that will be 15 in Nov so a large difference in age for DH's children...

Shilo - I agree that PLB is an awesome workout! PUB/PLB are my favorites right now - I LOVE how we exhaust the muscles in those two!! Just gotta keep on trying with that darn Ball and hope I get it one day! Jeanna

Slow and Heavy or Pure Strength?? I've got IS & CTX and Step Jam/Heat and was looking at various rotations and I'd like to add more weight work. In looking over these two they seem very similar. Any recommendations and why?? :D Thanks - Jeanna
