Robin, I was thinking of doing the Oct. upper body rotation starting Monday, I just am finishing the August boot camp rotation. Do you have any suggestions on putting some of P90X upper body w/o in place of cathe's? Do you think this is the best upper body rotation to do? I'm looking for more...
