    Sorry to disappoint but my hip muscle pain is bad so I did not go to the gym or even workout here at home. It is starting to cause some leg tingling so I am not chancing it. I did call the doctor he thinks it is a pulled muscle. If it gets worse I am to let them know. Nice workouts ladies!!
