Okay...just one more post on this topic tonight....I promise: I realize the tower is heavy but WOW is the shipping charge steep!

Disregard my note please! I just found my answer after searching the boards. I usually do perform a search before a posting a question but I guess I was just feeling lazy. It's been a LONG day!

I'm doing the same analyzing here too! My issue has more to do with physical space limitations though. I just read, however, that the tower is supposed to breakdown in a matter of minutes. I hope that is truly the case. I'm also wondering if we order early, if we will receive the same model...

Hi All! I did Muscle Max this morning and I find that my calves tend to stop me from being able to do all of Cathe's static lunges (at least in her timeframe). I use a 35lb barbell and they start shaking and almost cramping up. Any ideas how to prevent this? Should I stretch more beforehand...

Hi Brad, I didn't care for it. I thought the cardio portions were REALLY slow, almost beginner's level. I got rid of it after trying it only once.

I did Low Impact Step for the first time the other day and did not care much for it. I tend to like the vocal music better than the instrumental. Low Max's music is good and I agree with the other posters regarding RS's & Step Blast's music.

Chrissy, 4am?? WOW. That is super early. I shoot for peeling my eyes open at 5 but always seem to hit the snooze bar several times. What time do you go to bed? As I get older (I just turned 38) I find that I need more sleep than in my younger years too. This doesn't help the matter!

Their customer service is awesome too. I recently ordered 4 DVDs and a high step. One of my DVDs arrived loose in the case and as a result, had little scratches all over it. I e-mailed SNM and they offered to send out a replacement disc right away.

Thanks Diane. Where do I get the band? I know I can get them thru collage but I was hoping to be able to order it with my troy barbell to eliminate paying extra shipping elsewhere. However, I didn't see a dyna band on fitness1st. Maybe I just haven't looked enough yet.
