Angie - Let me know how the tower worked as a ballet bar. I'm thinking of using it for the same thing. I'm sorry to say that for as excited as I was when I ordered the tower, now that it's here, I'm wondering why I spent so much money! It's still sitting in the box by my back door!

I was going to suggest this same thing! My son really suffers this time of year and a nightly shower before bedtime is a must! And even when the weather is BEAUTIFUL as it can be this time of year, I NEVER open the windows in my home...then we all feel it! Good Luck!

Congratulations for finding what works for you! I've yet to find my "magic formula," but I know that my legs respond better to lower weight/higher reps, but my upper body needs that heavy lifting routine to even things out...ugh!

I was prescribed Tazorac about a year ago, but never used it consistently enough to see results. Becky - after reading your post, I'm going to start it up again tonight. Just wondering if you use it morning or night and if you put anything else on your skin besides the Tazorac. TIA!
