    Has anyone tried it? I saw an infomercial on it and I have to say her form is horrendous! It looked kind of fun if she knew what she was doing! But I don't think I'd buy it because her form was attrocious! Has anyone invested? Would love to hear if it's any good.

    Mine is low too and my doc said it is because I workout so much. I do 1 hour of cardio 7 days a week. Your might just be enough to drives yours down, but I'd have it checked out just to be safe ;)

    No, don't take fat burners, don't believe in them. Occasionally I do protein shakes, but they CAN be really high in calories if you aren't careful. I like APEX vanilla. It tastes the best. You can buy it at any gym.

    Organic peanut butter....clean or not?

    The PB that they make at Wild Oats or any of the grocery stores is clean too, you just turn the knob and put it in your container. Good stuff!

    no, the higher the better. Even though they say anything over 15 is not much of a difference, I still feel protected is it says 65! LOL
