    9th Interval in IMAX2

    Hi Shelbygirl, I CAN get through it, but the last few plie jacks are SO weak that I may actually only be jumping 1 inch (but at least I can say that I did it!) I like to do a premix of warmup plus Intervals 6-10 then 1-5, this makes #9 a lot more doable-though its still a killer.

    Measuring Yourself?

    I use upper (widest part), mid, and lower (2-3" above knee). I find that for me 3 measurements are better since the upper and lower thigh are slower to change than the mid-thigh. Being consistent wih the spot is definitely the key to monitoring changes.
