    My doc ordered a mammogram and ultra sound. I called to make the appt. and they can't see me until mid July!! x( I think I might just worry all month!:-( Linda

    Yesterday I noticed a protruding vein on my breast - I'm seeing my Doc this afternoon - I was wondering if anyone had a similar exper? and can tell me oh It's nothing because I'm really getting wiggy here!:-( Thanks Linda

    Cindy Crawford had 2 tapes out at the time one was called The Next Challenge - I can't remember the other one, but I had both. A friend liked the w/o so I tried them, no cardio though so I taped Cynthia Kerlik's exercise show on Lifetime. :-) :-) :-) Linda

    I viewed seg. 3 with no distractions and I think each foot pattern is doable on its own - when I try to put it all together it's like I have 2 left feet. I think it's the turns & walking around the step and the fast foot repeaters. I've never had a problem learning any other w/o. Maybe I should...

    I've been using SB & SJ&P for months now and I still can't get the choregraphy in Seg.#3 in SB. It never took more than a few w/o's to get all the moves of the other step w/o's of Cathes - I wondered if anyone else finds this one tough to get also? :-) :-) :-) Linda

    Thank you all for your suggestions.:-) They helped me to decide on S&H. I like to challenge myself - I'd rather challenge myself than have the wo be too easy. (Allthough I've never met an easy Cathe workout yet!)Happy Memorial Day!!! I saw some great fireworks this weekend at the airshow. :-)...
