    Ladies, Yesterday I ran/walked in our annual Run Like a Nut 5k. 3.3 miles for 52.19 minutes. This race kicked off the Pecan Festival! I was 10th in my age group of 137. Today, I took Macy for a 2.26 mile walk for 58 minutes. She likes to smell everything and there are a lot of deer back there:)...

    Siobhan, good job this weekend with growingananas cardio for 15 minutes + my own Cathe blender for 2.0 biceps and triceps (30 minutes). I did my own extended stretch. Today I did 2023 killer legs for 30 minutes.

    I was in the office yesterday and then dinner with a colleague, so I didn't do anything but think about how hard you ladies worked out, lol! Today was: Bands - Legs, Glutes, Core for 52 minutes STS 2.0 Mobility #2 for 18 minutes. I really think the mobility and leg workouts are helping me.
