All of the workouts in the Lift, Move & Restore series include comprehensive warm-ups

The abbreviated stretches with encouragement to swap to a different DVD for a more thorough stretch has bothered me for quite some time since she's been doing that. Although I wonder with the mobility focus of these workouts if there won't really be much of a stretch at the end of most of these.

Total Body Weight Training suggestion please..

I may be a bit late in this, but if you're looking for hypertrophy (large muscles), don't forget STS 2.0 has three total body workouts to choose from. My personal favorites are STS 2.0 Tri Sets Total Body and STS 2.0 Giant Sets Total Body. The third one is STS 2.0 Super Sets Total Body.

    Muscle Lost with LM&R?

I was wondering about this, too. Wasn't keeping me up nights or anything, but one of those "hmmm" kind of thoughts. I keep thinking of strength training in the realm of what is going to benefit me the most as I age. What muscles are more important to help prevent injury? For me, those are...

Watch Our First Video Clip From Lift, Move & Restore - Functional Barre Fusion

So it's looking like I'm going to have to get the ball, huh. Didn't see anyone showing alternatives. I only say that because of the little squats with the ball between the knees. Not sure how to replicate that area getting targeted without the ball...

I'm sure there's something to do with physics there, too - where your hip joint is the pivot point and depending on where the pivot point is in relation to the lever, it probably makes things more challenging, too - in addition to all the other reasons listed above!

Go Behind-The-Scenes Of Cathe's Lift Move And Restore Workout Program

Cool! I've always wondered what things look like beyond the set. Thanks for sharing, and thanks to the crew for all the amazing work they put in to help make amazing workouts.

Full stretches at the end of workouts

I'm not quite sure for how long Cathe's been excluding full stretches at the ends of workouts, but would love to see those return. This thought came up for me when finishing Muscle Endurance today. I appreciated the extra love given right there at the end of the workout instead of a quick...

Mapping/cataloging of videos in OnDemand/Workout Blender when using "Search" feature

How often do you have a tech team working on keeping the mapping of videos up-to-date in the Workout Blender and "My Videos"/OnDemand? Yesterday I decided to search the Workout Blender for Lower Body exercises. When I use the "Select Workout Types" drop down menu, Lower Body Workout only yields...

    Tennis Elbow

That was my case after recovering from my back issues earlier this year. I had to stay away from heavy weights there, too, and during the brief period between healing from that and this new issue cropping up, I was pleasantly surprised how quickly I was able to work back up to my heaviest weight...

    Tennis Elbow

So "fun" seeing you can get Tennis Elbow even when you don't play tennis at all. ;) Logically speaking, of course weight lifting could potentially put the same strains on your forearm as you would encounter playing tennis. Anyways, had a discussion with my PT and yep, I've got Tennis Elbow - he...

    Great Glutes

I am so grateful I treated myself to the OnDemand/Live subscription deal over the holidays. I finally did this workout for the first time, and only because today I was supposed to do STS 2.0 Body Parts Legs, however now my right elbow/forearm is getting royally ANGRY with me if I dare to hold...
