    I've read a few posts about Freestyle training for women. I don't understand how you can work legs that many days in a row? doesn't it go against everything we've learned about resting at least a day in between weight workouts? Can someone explain?

    Why not modify it and use the high step instead of a ball? I think there is someone in the video who does this. That's what I do....I just couldn't get the ball to work on that particular exercise. In Legs and Glutes, they do this exercise with ankle weights on a high step. Its much easier...

    i didn't know my post would produce such a reaction.... that discription is hilarious! sadly, though, i agree. my abs are flat and toned, my arms are toned....but when i turn around at look at my back side.....its YUCK< YUCK, YUCK!

    We're all early risers! I'm up at 5am to work out! I have half a bananna to give me some energy or - sometimes nothing at all - just water. Then I have my breakfast ( egg whites or oatmeal and protein shake and, of course coffee)

    It helps a lot. I'm going to look into that book. My follow up question would be - how far do I have to go with my diet - do I need to go to the extreme like bodybuilders or not? Have you been on this type of diet or do you bend the rules a bit?
