    10MS Knockout Body segment + STS Disk 7 (Ch/Bi/Sh) + FF Upper/Lower Stretch & some Foam Rolling. I stopped 15m early (conveniently before the drop set pushups) to fit in some stretching. Very nice! Waves to all!
