hi.... i just recieved my dvds as i was pre-viewing them.....on the low impact step....premix (lower body cardio blast....frog rolls and the ab/core work) it seems to skip and then repeat the segment ...does anyone else notice this?...it also seems to just pause a few times through out the...

hi all - i just recieved my tapes.....mis and the ps series....i have plenty of cardio tapes to keep me going at this point.....i have been using the firm w/o for a while(1 - 1 1/2 yr.) i am not getting the definition that i was looking for....i was told i needed to step up my w/w/o to see...
