This might sound crazy, but knee highs work great. Whenever I run long distances I wear a pair under my socks & since doing this have not had a blister yet. I roll them down so I don't look like a dork. Who knows maybe it could become a new fashion trend. Ari

I've lost 4 toe nails. They all came back fine. I have tried all different types of shoes & socks. I pull my toes back when I run which causes the extra strain on my toes. Goodluck training!!! In the summer I just paint my skin red with polish. You can hardly tell there is no nail there.

I am very sensitive to meds. The first week I started taking it I slept for 24 hrs straight. It really freaked me out when I was driving to work and became dizzy w/blurred vision. I went off of it immediately. Ari
