Just thought I would chip in and add my vote for Shiva Rea's Yoga Shakti...its wonderful...
Also, if you are looking for shorter segments...the Flexible Warrior series is great...its more athletic than the others...I use these a lot after my cardo days....

3.Combo 1
4.High Intensity drills
5.Combo 2
6.High intensity drills again
7.Combo 3
8.Cool down

It is very close to Hyderabad.
India is a lovely place to do sightseeing..as long as you know where to go and what to avoid!!!

I just had a quick question..I was wondering if someone could help me out.
Yesterday, I did the Cardio and Lower Body premix of BootCamp twice..
I did:
1)Warm-up
2)Cardio and Lower body cycles twice over
3)Stretch
What would you classify this as - just interval training or could...
Thats a good idea...I do have ankle and wrist weights.!!
