    Plyo legs - oh my!

    I agree with everyone. Plyo legs is tough. With all the jumping and then having to do squats with weights, boy it really makes you breath hard. It's a excellent leg toner. Gotta love Cathe!!!

    Almost halfway through my 1st STS 3 month rotation!

    I'm doing Disc 17 legs tomorrow. Wow those plates always get me and then the next day I walk like a rode a horse. It's an awesome program. Gaining strenth and muscle definition. I agree, this program is soooo much better than P90X.:p

    STS - Push Ups

    I was able to do all the pushups on my feet, but I have completed P90X. Please don't get discouraged, when I first started P90X I couldn't do one pushup and now I can keep up with Cathe. Just keep trying and your endurance and strenth will grow.
