I totally forgot to post my workout for this day.
Fit Tower Advanced Legs, Glutes and Core for 48 minutes and finished with Hardcore Series Stretch Max Stability Ball for 19 minutes.
Today I did Low Impact Series Upper Body Trisets for 56 minutes and finished off with Total Body Stretching SB#2 for 12 minutes. It's been a while since I've done any of the LIS workouts and I did enjoy this one.
