I noticed you were wearing the Ryka Enlight II and the Avia shoe; would you say one is better for absorbing high impact? Do you feel either one works well for both step AND floor aerobics? Thanks in advance! Marianne, who wants to be ready with good shock absorption in advance of the arrival...

Not Cathy, but I've been doing them with my trainer and use 20# dumbells. I generally do 3 sets of them (20/15/12). HTH. Marianne

Nothing helped my glutes more than walking lunges in the gym! They give me DOMS every time I do them; it remains vital to push off with the heel, though, if you want to feel them in your glutes. Marianne
