I ran the 5k portion of the Baltimore Marathon this morning in 24 minutes! I know this might be slow to some people, but I'm very excited...I just had to share (and brag a little) to some other fit people!!

as a trainer, i couldn't disagree with this article more! if you have proper form, all these "don't do" exercises are great. the Bosu is fantastic for the core!

So glad i read this post. i really needed to hear that Cathe is not perfect with her diet every minute. I too am a personal trainer/fitness instructor. Sometimes I feel so much pressure to always be "good" with my diet. It's just nice to hear that other people in my line of work are not...
I do not have the DVD, but I took this class from her at a fitness conference last April(The class that she taught was the same workout she does on the DVD), and I liked it. I didn't think I would, but it was good.
