    urgent help needed.

    Workout suggestion My favorite low impact workout (where I still get a workout) is Gilad step and tone. The hand weights really boost your heart rate up. No need to jump!

    Can I use 3 risers for cardio step?

    I've been doing step forever and have always been told not to use more than an 8" step (2 risers each side). I would like to increase my fitness level. Can I safely move up to a 10" step (3 risers each side) for step aerobics? I am 5'4 and have no health/joint issues.
