Workout suggestion
My favorite low impact workout (where I still get a workout) is Gilad step and tone. The hand weights really boost your heart rate up. No need to jump!
I've been doing step forever and have always been told not to use more than an 8" step (2 risers each side). I would like to increase my fitness level. Can I safely move up to a 10" step (3 risers each side) for step aerobics? I am 5'4 and have no health/joint issues.
