How often do you do this workout per week? I just got this and will probably split up the upper/lower body portions. Is 2x a week enough for each body part?
I did IMAX3 tonight myself. I do enjoy it (and interval #1 is my favorite!) but my feet get sore after all that jumping so I can only do it 1x a week maximum. But it's a lot of fun and it goes by quick!

I am an avid stepper but I do not do much for leg work as far as strength/toning work. My question is how often do I need to incorporate this into my workout to see results in leaner and toner legs?
I am a pretty avid cardio (mainly step) exerciser but I dread strength. I know I should incorporate more. I really don't know how much to do or how frequently. Any suggestions? Would this type of workout suffice for upper body?
