    What are your fitness plans today?

    I did aerobics this morning and some yoga. Teaching pilates tonight :) also when nobody in my office is looking i do step ups on my foot stool or kettlebell swings! :p

    Daily Check in Tues May 25

    Couldn't do my morning cardio and yoga sessions because the cleaning ladies are coming to clean my house. However, I am scheduled to teach a cardioKickboxing class and a yoga class this evening. Did a body test this morning and my BMI is 24.4. dammit

    Happy Monday

    Started this fine Monday off with a cardio circuit..aerobics,trampoline,step. Worked biceps and triceps with 8 pound dumbells. Did abdominal crunches on a stability ball. Finished up with 20 minute yoga session. After work I will head the the gym for 30 minutes on the elliptical and then...

    Last monday I did the body test on my Wii fit for the first time in months. I was kind of upset when it said I had gained 10 pounds since the last time I was there. But i know it's true because I can see it and feel it. I am an instructor and I exercise alot....so. Anyway, this lit a fire...
