thanks :-) i know i didn't gain a lot but i was just shocked at the rise in my bf. i usually never weight myself b/c i dont want to become obsessed with the numbers. I'll just keep at it and try to clean up my eating even more . thanks so much}(

Hi cathe i've been trying to lose 5lbs for awhile now and it doesn't seem to want to budge. I currently to 5-6 days of cardio and 5 days of weights. I eat pretty clean but i can't seem to lose any . any suggestions ? thank you
I try to do about 5-6 cardio workouts a week and i lift weights about 4-5 a week. Still i'm having trouble losing that layer of fat . should i decrease my cardio or weights ? Any suggestions would be appreciated . thanks:7
