    Real quick, I am very busy today. This morning I did RAW Kickboxing 5 and had a great workout. This one is fun. Workout was 39 minutes, burned 327 calories, did 3946 steps and HR was 140/168. Have a great day everyone!!

    This morning I did RAW Glute Finisher, love that one. It is a burner. Then I got on my treadmill and walked for about .75 miles. Workout was 48 minutes, burned 227 calories (why so low lately? Weird), did 3218 steps and HR was 102/129. Have a great weekend everyone!

    This morning I walked on my treadmill and had a pretty good workout. Reading a really good book so time flew by. Workout was 40 minutes, burned 285 calories, went 2 miles and did 4579 steps. HR was 123/149. Where is everyone?? Hope you are all doing good. :)
