Today I did RAW Below the Belt. I've never done this one but it was pretty good. Started out using my 5# ankle weights but wow, that was too much. I went down to my 2# ankle weights. There was a standing and lying portion. Also had a bit of ab work in t which I certainly need!!

Today I did Cathe Live #208 - The Glassboro Road Trip Upper Body workout. It was fun, this used to be my favorite workout the first time I signed up for CL. It's a great workout but of course, Cathe goes WAY too fast. I paused a lot during the workout. I still love it, though.
