    Thanks so much for the responses. The toenails aren't to the point of falling off or even brittle, just yellow. I think I'll call a foot doctor, However in the meantime I think I'll try the Vick's rub too. Thanks again Linda:-)

    Comment on Power Hour

    I did PH today and I remembered why I don't do this one more often. It is one tough workout!! I can't get thru the leg work without taking a break and I have to go much lighter on the other body parts as well. Whew! Linda :-)

    Do I need to maintain my fitness level which I'm happy with. I'm doing 4-5 x's/wk @ 45mins.to an hr. Also do weights for upper & lower body & abs. Is this too much? Thank you for your opinions.:-) Linda

    Circuit workouts...

    Have you tried Circuit Max yet? It has three Hi/lo sections and three step sections (about 5mins ea.) with 2 min. of weights in between, that you could skip or as others suggested you could crank it up by adding plyo moves or more leg work. My hr stays up during the weight sections, at times...

    The titles are Strength Building Yoga 90 mins. Energy Balance Yoga 70 mins. and Power Yoga Strength 24 mins. I'm thinking the same - why not keep them.:-) Thanks Linda
