Hello everyone:)
I wasn't able to workout today, I twisted my ankle. It just feels sore and is a tiny bit swollen but I did not want to push it on that ankle. I have a history of sprining, straining or breaking ankles. So If I rest it today I may be able to workout tomorrow, fingers crossed...

Sorry no workouts for today, just too tired and not even up to do personals. I will be taking Saturday & Sunday as a rest weekend. Today was bills and dealing with ordering my meds, that is a lot of phone calls, spreadsheets & stress. I'm sure the rest will help.
