I'm interested in the Pure Strength combo dvd. Can anyone tell me how long each workout on it is? (I couldn't find that info on the info page.)Thanks so much!!

    What category is Muscle Max?

Hope this question isn't too dumb (:o) but would MM be considered strength or endurance training? I really prefer total body strength workouts -- they just seem more time-efficient to me -- and I already have Power Hour (endurance) Muscle Endurance (ditto) and Push Pull/Supersets (strength...

    Any Forty somethings wearing bikinis?

44 here and unfortunately nowhere near bikini-ready myself, but the suit looks great and definitely not too young. Wear it proudly and look beautiful!

UPDATED "ULTIMATE GUIDE TO CATHE'S WORKOUTS"

RE: UPDATED Thank you *so much* for compiling this list. As a new Cathe-ite who's gradually working her way through intensity levels, I can't tell you how helpful it is! ETA: I don't see Ab Hits listed, but I assume it's lighter in intensity - if only because of each segment's length - than...

    Doctors don't know everything

Is it possible that he knows what they are, but his comment was aimed at getting you to define and explain that term more clearly and fully?

    Weights to lose bodyfat??

Obviously I'm not Cathe, but being in the same boat as you I'm curious about this as well. In another post (5/4/06), she advised someone with 50 pounds to lose: "Do two challenging total body strength training sessions per week (three to 4 times per week if they are split workouts) and do 4 to...

Laura, I've not had your problem - I've been very overweight for years but finally buckling down to overcome that - but I saw your photos and you look beautiful and feminine, not a "skinny teenage boy" at all, lol. Actually I thought you looked pretty identical in size to Cathe (did it seem so...

hate cardio dvds love doing strength dvds

I too prefer strength. As far as cardio goes, I like kickboxing and plain old power walking the best. I can't do step at all because of: 1) complexity and choreography (even the so-called easy ones ;)) 2) my knees!

RE: Cathe help!!! Am I gonna have to get plastic Surg?... (Cathe's quote: Do two challenging total body strength training sessions per week three to 4 times per week if they are split workouts) and do 4 to 5 cardio sessions (30 to 45 minutes per session) per week. Eat very clean too, that is...
