Good morning everyone,

Today I did a 25 minute spin w/o from Komrades Fitness (Thanks Linda!!!), a Cathe warm-up and a 15 minute shoulder w/o from SSOD. I will do my own stretch now.

Linda - enjoy your workout and thanks so much for the recommendation!!! I will not be continuing my 1 month subscription to SSOD now that I found Cat again. I'm so happy :)
Annette - WTG with your cardio w/o yesterday!
Nora - RWH for LB without the blasts is tough. I've done it. I need more recovery in between those sets.

Nora, loved your workout yesterday doing Ripped w/HiiT Circuit Lower Body- Premix #4 No Blasts = 31 Min
and Virtual Active British Columbia Coast Run (as Bike) =38 Min. I'm with you on "No Blasts" :)

Today's workouts:

Blender- "Upper Body/Core" - 40 min.
Blender add-on: "JR & Step Fun" - 15 min.

That's it!

You are so welcome! I think the workouts that Cat & Brian are doing are all new ones. I discovered them
when I was searching on YT for weight plate workouts recently and found one there with Brian. I've done
it and really liked it. I used to do SSOD years ago and really clicked with him and her too for that matter.
I noticed they recently loaded a treadmill & bike workout too, she's on treadmill and Brian uses the bike.

Great workout today with 25 minute spin w/o from Komrades Fitness, a Cathe warm-up and a 15 minute shoulder w/o from SSOD. Good combination.
 
Hi ladies,

Here goes: 88 minute gym circuit consisting of:

Started with 10 minutes on the elliptical
Then leg curl machine
Flye/rear delt machine
Inner thigh machine
Shoulder machine
Leg press machine
Dumbbells for biceps, triceps and shoulders ( 10, 15, 20 and 25 pound dumbbells used for various exercises)
Elliptical for 15 minutes
Floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch to finish.

So there you have it.
It is hot in here today.
