Good morning girls........

Nora, great workout yesterday with KCM 30MTF- Build & Burn- Cardio Core = 28 Min
Perfect30 Perfect HiiT: Low Impact = 32 Min
YT- Phoenix Nation - Cardio Queen -15 Min Jump Rope Workout Beginner To Lose Weight Fast At Home
(is this a new one? Gotta check it out!)

Glad you like the gloves! Yes, that wrist support is great! Even tho' I have several pairs of lifting gloves,
I never wore them much at all, always seemed to forget.......but, with these, if I forget, I quickly remember,
because I feel that "something is missing" if I don't have them on, and then I realize, "where's my gloves?" :)
I really like & use them always with CrossRope and also with my rowing. They help tremendously!

Today's workouts:

CatheLive- "Kick Butt Bootcamp" - 36 min.
YT-Hydrow- "10 min. Rowing & BodyWeight Circuit Training"

Today I did LMR2 elevated chest/triceps shoulders for 40 minutes. I'll do an extended stretch in a minute.

Linda - nice mix-up today or Cathe live and YT!
Annette - I guess you're slowly increasing weight/using the sled at the gym?
Nicki - agreed - the stretch is the reward at the end of good workout :)
Nora - Wowza on yesterday's workout. You made up for rest days!

Hi ladies,

Yes,Siobhan I am slowly increasing my weight at the gym. Honestly, yesterday my heartrate was just about right not too high but high enough for it to feel cardio. I almost forgot I'd even had the PE yesterday.

Today I did CDORNER Cardio Kickboxing with arm intervals which was 30 minutes and then Jamie McKagan 's latest 23 minute (20 with a 3 minute warm up) Cardio Kickboxing intervals. Both were good 1 was 45 seconds of work 15 seconds of rest and the other was 40 seconds of work with a 20 second recovery.
So in total about 53 minutes of a sweaty Cardio Kickboxing workout with arm work for part of it.

Nice workouts ladies!!

Annette, great combo of two workouts totaling about 53 minutes of Cardio Kickboxing !
I like those type of workouts, with short work/rest intervals.

Ripped w/HiiT: Lift It HiiT Legs = 41 Min -The cardio parts were tough I had to modify the impact for my knee, and that was great & still sweaty & tough!

Virtual Active Indoor Cycling Group World Tour Northern Italy - Ride 2 Tyrol = 36 Min - I didn't see you in Italy today, darn I knew something was off, LOL!!
