I was told by CS that they have thousands of orders, and process them in order received. I have no idea how many orders they can process in a day, or a week, so I don’t know if mine will be shipped in weeks or months. It’s been a week and a half since ordering, so how long did you wait before your gear was shipped?

I made 2 separate purchases on February 18. One was delivered today - 19 days!. The 2nd is expected March 12th. Be patient. It's taking longer than usual partly due to the huge number of sales. You can see in the photos on FB that even Jenn & Cathe are helping pick, pack & ship orders, so they're all pitching in.

I ordered the day they announced the sale and got my stuff about a week later.
I did just place another order last week. I’m assuming this go-round will take longer because of the volume of back-orders they have.
Speaking as someone who works for a business that does DTC business, backlogs can really snarl things up, and if you have limited staff to handle the volume it can really delay shipping.
They’ve been good about warning us on social media about their challenges, at least. Some businesses don’t give their customers the courtesy of an update ever.

It seems to be a few weeks, at least. It’s fine, I just wanted a ballpark estimate because I had no idea if it would be weeks or months.I ordered some things this past Friday….maybe April?
I received my order from Feb 17 on Monday. I had one item missing. I contacted customer service. I didn't expect to hear for a few days at least. They responded in less than 24 hours and sorted it out. Shout out to Nancy (Thank you)! The response was very professional and kind as always. I think they are catching up with the deluge of orders. I'm hoping we buy out all of the inventory so Cathe doesn't have to sell it at a bigger loss.

My 2nd order from 2/18 had a mailing label created on 3/3, but it wasn't picked up by USPS until 3/8. Now expected 3/17. So some of the delays are due to USPS.
3/16/26 Update: it now says unknown delivery date due to interception and redirection by the sender. I have never seen this for any package before. Very strange.
