Weekend Check-in, Saturday & Sunday, February 21 & 22, 2026

Good Morning ladies!

I decided to do a short workout this morning, so........

Stephanie Huckabee- PowerFit Harmony- "Move It" cardio workout- 20 min.

Stephanie uses her flat band as a marker for part of this workout for "step moves" on the floor, as Cathe does
in the new LMR2E LI Cardio Fusion workout, so I decided to re-visit Stephanie's workout and I enjoyed doing
it so much. I need to re-visit these workouts as well as her first set which is simply PowerFit.

Now, rest weekend starts! :)

Hi ladies:)

I hope you all are having a wonderful day and weekend. I decided to take a rest day due to lack of sleep and trouble with walking and balance because of it. So, Sunday is m usual day off and I hope to get a good nap in to help with my sleep.

ps. Thanks for your comments on yesterdays workouts. I was feeling too tired. I felt like I should try, that's all I had in the tank. I tried! Nothing whatsoever left for today.

Good Sunday Morning Ladies,

Today I did about 45 minutes of a Chris & Edi total body workout. I just finished my own stretch. I managed 30 minutes of LMR2 elevated lower body. Friday was a rest day.
