I really like how Cathe designed this series to truly be all inclusive. Every exercise that uses weights she lists a range of weights to use if you want to go lighter or moderate or heavy. She and her crew sometimes appear to use different weights from each other, rather than all using exactly the same size weights. Love this!
The Hiit Fusion reminds me of one of Cathe's live workout called Cardio Core Express, except here she uses one dumbbell for the standing core moves, which forces your core to work more. The overall time is only 29 minutes, so when I reached the cool down I quickly went to the premix that excluded the core dumbbell moves and repeated some of the hiit exercises to make my workout slightly longer. It worked out just fine. I liked the workout!
