I've finally gotten around to working some STS 2 body parts mishmosh premixes into my rotation. I did the triceps & chest mishmosh premix the other day and was pretty happy with it.
They did a great job of making it so that the workout felt pretty seamless. It alternated between tricep and chest exercises, and did so in a way where you weren't necessarily having to do a lot of massive equipment changes. For instance, when it got to the band work, they stayed with the band work between the chest exercises and the tricep exercises. They didn't jump from bands to weights to bands again.
Really appreciated it. I'll have to note for myself that when doing these particular mishmosh premixes, I should heavy up - I found my body parts weren't getting totally exhausted between each exercise with my usual weight selections I have marked down for when I do just the single body part workout.
Not sure if any of that made sense. Just wanted to share.
