Good morning ladies! I had update on computer and had to wait to open up today!

Today's workouts: (another mish-mosh!)

YT-Coach Ali- Shoulders weight plate workout - 19 min.
YT-FawnFit- 15 min. Weighted Vest Indoor Walking workout
IFit- "Las Coloradas, Mexico" treadmill walk- 14 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training- 10 min. Rowing & Lower Body Weights Circuit

Today I did a mix of DTHM cardio for 22 minutes. I added on T&D's Chris Hemsworth workout for another 20 minutes. I did my own stretch. The 2nd workout was impossible. I had to stop the timer repeatedly.

Hi ladies,

Today was an 85 minute gym circuit going heavy on most things. I took the chest flye machine to 137.5 pounds for 2 reps (started at 55 pounds), 1 leg machine while I waited for the back machine to become free, the back machine was 35 pounds each side over and underhand grip, then dumbbells for chest starting at 20 for press, then had to jump to 30 since all the 25's were occupied, then with help on the 30 getting it up I also tried 35 (with help getting it up) and managed a very shaky 6 reps, yay!!

Did the same weights for hammer curls, triceps overhead with a 20. Seated clean and press with 12.5. Wrist curls with 12.5.

Then the sled to 12 plates it was a bear but I did it.

Then floorwork for abs using dumbbells and a plate, plus lying leg work and glutes plus some nonweighted ab work too. Finished with a stretch.

I am going to feel this later. A man just walked by and said that he saw me laying on the floor of the ladies room(it is hot so opening the door allows for more air flow) and almost had a heart attack because his mother has the same haircut and he thought his mother was on the floor. He said she is 74 and he is 50 . When I told him my age (61) he said that I didn't look it but that his mother looked every bit of 74. He did a double take when he walked by. Evidently his son is here too and he mentioned it to him too.

I do get that a lot from people who swear I am someone else or look just like so in so.

I did check out the T&D's Chris Hemsworth workout, and it did look extremely tough. Did Chris do that workout routine train for a movie roll? or just his own fitness. Either way I'm humbled. WTG & bravo on your workout today, awesome job. Enjoy your evening;)

Annette- You weren't kidding around with going heavy on your 85 min gym circuit. Those were other worldly weights by my standards of what I can do. Bravo on that stellar other worldly workout. I understand about people saying you look just like someone they know I get that too. Yes, I would imagine you'll feel that one tomorrow. Have a good night and hope for a cooler tomorrow;)
