Siobhan, great mix of weights, cardio and stretch!!Good Morning Everyone,
Today I did a mix of T&D cardio for 20 minutes and added on a T&D 10 minute bicep workout (grueling). It took me 40 minutes in total as I needed longer rests. I added on a 10 minute stretch.
It looks like everyone got in some long workouts yesterday! WTG!!!

Blender- "Cardio, Upper Body Supersets with Core Finisher" - 48 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training- 10 min. Rowing & Upper Body Weights EMOM

Today was a 90 minute gym circuit consisting of 2 upper body machines taking machine flyes to 122.5 pounds for 2 reps. Back machine was 30 pounds.
Then cables for upper body until a bench was available.
Then dumbbells for chest press (17.5, 20 and 25's), concentration curls with 17.5 , hammer curls with same weights as chest press, triceps with 17.5 and 20's. Seated clean and press with 10's and biceps up and reverse down with 10's. Wrist curls with 10's.
Sled up to 11 plates, it was a bear but I did it.
Then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch.
Now gotta head out into the heat!!
