Hi Everyone! The strength downloads are being released as a free gift for those who have pre-ordered the LMR 2: ELEVATED DVD series. With that in mind, please understand that we cannot enable individuals to pre-order with the intention of obtaining these free workouts and then cancelling their pre-orders. The downloads are a thank you for those who have pre-ordered and are waiting for main the series release.

If a pre-order is cancelled, the order would no longer be eligible for the free downloads and therefore would be $9.97 per download.

If you believe that there is a chance that you will be cancelling your pre-order and are worried about the charges associated with the bonus strength downloads, you can always choose not to download the strength workouts. If/when you cancel your pre-order, your download codes will also be de-activated and you WILL NOT be charged for the downloads. Note that once the codes have been used this is no longer possible.

I hope this explanation helps to clear things up! As always, we appreciate those who support our company by purchasing our products.

@Cathe Friedrich can you clarify the pricing on the downloads...it says $19.97 for the bundle of four.(.that's the way the page reads)

Any chance that means these could all end up together as a separate DVD? (Hoping hoping
.)

Umm, I more or less purchased LMR2 for the heavy weight and cardio workouts, although I am less ambiguous about the main series than I was. I expect I will accept the download. I am not surprised that a charge would be made if one had the downloads and cancelled the series. That is pretty standard business practice. If people were misled in communicating through emails, that is not good business practice but changes due take place. If the heavy weights are going to be available as a 4 workout bundle, gee, something to think about. . . .

Thanks for your question! I can definitely see how the pricing might be a bit confusing. The $19.97 price you’re seeing is actually the regular price per workout, not for the full set of four. These bonus downloads are free to everyone who pre-ordered Lift, Move & Restore 2: Elevated, and we’re doing our best to keep them hidden from the general public on eJunkie.

That price is just a placeholder to discourage anyone who didn’t pre-order from accessing them. Unfortunately, eJunkie doesn’t give us a great way to hide or limit downloads more securely, so this was the best workaround we could come up with.

As for DVDs, we know some of you would love that option (we hear you!), but at this time we’re not planning to release these bonus workouts on DVD. It’s just not cost-effective for such a small run. Still, we’re so excited to share them as downloads, and we hope you love them!

Thanks again for being part of the Cathe community and for your continued support! ❤️

do you get more than 1 attempt to download? I have wonky internet & there have been
times when I purchased CatheLives, that it takes me a couple times to get one
downloaded….what happens if that happens???

I can’t answer for Cathe today but in the past I think there were 9 attempts allowed.

Yes, you get several attempts to download. And if you have issues, just contact our support team and they can help you.

Thank you for making it so easy to download this workout. I had no problems whatsoever. I remember in the past we've said Cathe's freebies are high quality and not just throwaways. I've snuck a look at some of it and already appreciate the clear graphic listing the move and suggested weight. As I just posted, it's a little harder to follow when I'm using this tablet and Cathe is micro-Cathe! Again I appreciate Cathe and all those behind the scenes producing high quality workout I want to do again and again.

Did it, and really enjoyed it. I didn’t find it had any dread factor. The wide stance burpees into a bicep curl was the most challenging for me, and I stayed on the light side of the suggested weight at 12 lbs. Mostly, I found the moves effective for a metabolic workout, and enjoyed the heavy weight addition. I I am happy I have this. This one will be back in my rotation. Cathe’s workouts are always well thought out.

Hopefully someone from the team is still monitoring this thread. I'm getting an error message saying the video format cannot be streamed to my television. I'm on Mac OS using Apple TV. My television isn't old by any means - it's a Sony XBR-48A9S. Am I just only able to stream via an HDMI connection to one of my devices? Should the video format support that model TV?
